How to Exchange/Return

SAMPLE/CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The orders placed in the BIRTHDAY SALE between 15/08/2022 to 22/08/2022 are only eligible for size exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the below mentioned terms and conditions are met).

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN?

You must inform us within 10 days of delivery of the product. Click here to create a return request with order number (your order number starts with PO) and attach an image of the piece purchased intact with all the tags and labels.

Once your request is approved, please ship out the item/items back to the following address:

The cost for shipping the item/items back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping.


EXCHANGE: 
If the size doesn’t fit you, we will ship the item/items in the required size 3-4 days after receiving the original item/items.

RETURN: 
If the style doesn't suit you and you want to return the pieces, the credit note will be issued after the receipt of returned items.

DISCLAIMER: 
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  • All custom made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All final sale/sample sale/clearance sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All items purchased during offers and sale are eligible only for size exchange.
  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.
